Alludu Seenu Movie Review:
Bellamkonda Srinivas and Samantha starrer Alludu Seenu movie has released today (25-7-2014) across the globe. This film has been produced by Bellamkonda Ganesh Babu, Suresh and directed by V.V. Vinayak. This film is expected to be mass entertainer and came with some expectations. Let’s check the content whether debutant Srinivas gets his hatrick hit or not.
Alludu Seenu (Bellamkonda Srinivas) and his uncle Narasimha (Prakash Raj) are two small time gangsters. They lent money from the villagers and decided to run away to Chennai without returning money to them.
Seenu and his uncle board a wrong train and end up in Hyderabad. Alludu Seenu saw a mafia don, Bhai (Prakash Raj) in Hyderabad and gets shock when he finds out that Bhai who looks exactly the same as his uncle, Narasimha.
Taking this as an opportunity, Alludu Seenu decided to earn money by using Bhai’s name and for this purpose he used the PA of Bhai named Dimple (Brahmanandam).
Twist in the story comes when Alludu Seenu falls in love with Bhai’s daughter Anjali (Samantha). When their love starts to blossom, he finds out a shocking truth about Bhai and decided to separate from Anjali.
What is that horrifying truth? What happens to Anjali? How will Alludu Seenu wins his love back is the rest of the story.
Bellamkonda Srinivas as a debutant actor performed well on the screen. His dances and fights make the audience to make whistles in the theatres. He acted wisely and will surely improve with his upcoming films.
Samantha looks cute in her role and her glamour especially in the songs will surely attract the mass audience completely.
Brahmanandam is yet another major high light of the film and offered laughs as Dimple throughout the film.
Prakash Raj did justice to his role and does a splendid job as always. He shows variations well in both his roles and some scenes with Samantha in the second half have good emotions.
The basic story line of Alludu Seenu movie is not new and does not have many interesting factors.
Most of the film goes like Dhee, Baadshah and Ready type of entertainment and you do not find any changes. Screenplay of the Alludu Seenu movie does not reach the expectations. Vinayak would have taken more care on story and screenplay. Songs also not placed well and spoil the flow of the film. Supporting artists are promising in their respective roles.
V.V. Vinayak’s punch dialogues are awesome and his framing of dialogues is top notch. Devi Sri Prasad’s music is incredible. Chota K Naidu did a wonderful job with his camera work.
Production values are rich and adequate. Screenplay is just about okay. Even though this is a routine story, V.V. Vinayak handles it quite well.
Watch Alludu Seenu movie for Srinivas’s performance and the film is worth watching…
